Larisa McShane and Associates takes great pride in presenting our latest triumphant renovation endeavor—a testament to luxury and sophistication.

The canvas we began with comprised six diminutive bedrooms and three cramped baths, but through meticulous design, we sculpted a masterpiece that now boasts three expansive bedrooms, each adorned with its opulent bathroom, culminating in a spacious master suite.

As we embarked on this transformation, the master bedroom greeted us with dimness and a sense of confinement, cloaked in outdated floral wallpaper and furniture relics from the 1970s. The closet, bursting at the seams, craved expansion to meet our clients' discerning requirements. The bathrooms mirrored an era long past, characterized by antique pink tiles and vanity vanquished by time. The remaining five bedrooms mirrored this outdated charm and lacked the grandeur expected of a luxury abode—indeed, this residence yearned for rejuvenation.

Our journey commenced with the strategic demolition of enclosing walls, heralding the reimagining of the entire second floor. The introduction of two generously sized windows and sliding glass doors, unveiling a charming balcony, sought to invite the enchanting backyard vista into the master suite. An elevation of the ceiling's height was achieved by unveiling the attic joists, contributing to the room's newfound grandeur. Existing hardwood floors, skillfully refinished, served as a solid foundation for the addition of sophisticated lighting and state-of-the-art audio/video equipment.

A captivating focal point took shape within this revitalized space—the floating shelves, lovingly crafted from reclaimed wood beams, now serve as an exquisite stage for personal photographs, natural elements, ceramic marvels, and metallic vases, accentuating the master suite's elegance.

The master bathroom stands as a testament to bespoke luxury. A custom-designed vanity, complete with a makeup table, quartz countertops, and marble vessel sinks, graces the space. Its allure is further elevated by a capacious glass-encased shower, a wall-mounted toilet, and a grand soaking tub. The counter-to-ceiling mirror exudes opulence, crowned by the soft radiance of thoughtfully placed sconces. New windows and doors, tastefully trimmed with cedar and faux-finished in a serene white-washed grey hue, encapsulate this elegant transformation.

Throughout this transformative journey, Larisa McShane and Associates had the privilege of collaborating with gifted craftsmen and artists, whose skillful hands breathed life into our vision, endowing the space with timeless beauty and sophistication.
